Description
This modern vacation home is located in our separate, renovated barn, featuring a fully equipped kitchen, a luxurious bathroom, and heated floors. De Boomgaard is exclusively yours. Enjoy the peace and quiet, with the only sound being birdsong. Within walking distance are the beautiful inlets, a sanctuary for hundreds of seabirds and part of the Oosterschelde National Park. Birdwatchers from all over Europe gather here to observe the migratory birds that nest in this protected area.
Just a few minutes’ walk away, you can look out over the Oosterschelde, next to the 400-year-old Plompetoren monument (a unique vantage point). The vacation home is located 6 km from the famous North Sea beaches of Schouwen (the crown of Zeeland) and 1 km from a smaller, local beach. The supermarket, village center, and restaurants are 3.5 km away. The apartment also features over 300 satellite channels on a large flat-screen TV and strong WiFi.

Prima für einen gemütlichen Aufenthalt auf dem Land mit guter Lage für Touren mit dem eBike. Bruce ist wirklich ein toller Gastgeber. Wir hatten den netten Obstgarten ganz für uns allein. Im Kühlschrank fanden wir Getränke in allen Geschmacksrichtungen - sogar lekker belgisches Bier ;-). TV war mit vielen deutschen Sendern programmiert. Das grosse Sofa war prima zum Relaxen und Lesen. Unsere E-Bikes konnten wir im Schuppen nebenan sicher unterstellen und auch dort laden. Eine wirkliche Empfehlung, auch wenn man es dem Appartment von aussen nicht gleich ansieht..
Toller Aufenthalt mitten auf dem Land nahe Renesse.
Wir hatten einen rundum gelungenen Aufenthalt in de Boomgaard. Die Wohnung hat uns außerordentlich gut gefallen und unsere Erwartungen in jeder Hinsicht erfüllt.
Die Ausstattung ist sehr gut – es fehlt wirklich an nichts. Alles ist sauber, gepflegt und mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Man fühlt sich vom ersten Moment an wohl.
Besonders hervorheben möchten wir die Gastgeber. Sie sind ausgesprochen freundlich, hilfsbereit und offen und standen bei Fragen jederzeit zur Verfügung. Die herzliche Gastfreundschaft hat unseren Aufenthalt zusätzlich bereichert.
Wir können die Ferienwohnung in de Boomgaard uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen und kommen bei Gelegenheit sehr gerne wieder.
Voortreffelijk! De ligging in de natuur, het zitten in de tuin onder de peren of appelboom, het gekwetter van de vogels in de heerlijke rust, de hele ruime opzet van het huisje, de lieve host Bruce, de kunst aan de muren, het verhaal in het boek van de kunstenares Hetty.
Boeiende plek. Plek om nog eens aan te doen.
Ligging en de accommodatie zelf zijn geweldig!
Heerlijk rustige omgeving en zeer compleet ingericht huisje. Gastheer was heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam.
