Enjoy a pleasant holiday in Zeeland in holiday home Felixkade 5. This modern and new villa has been built in 2020 and has its own private jetty. This gives you direct access to the beautiful lake called Veerse Meer. Discover the beauty of Zeeland and have fun in and around the lake, the Oosterschelde and the North Sea with its endless beaches and stunning dunes. Visit some picturesque or old towns like Veere, Domburg, Middelburg, Zierikzee and Renesse. By bike, you can discover the most beautiful spots of the wonderful surroundings and enjoy stunning views and diverse fauna.
The house has a very spacious living with large windows and sliding doors that allow you to optimally enjoy nature and boats passing by. The children have also been thought of. Especially for them there is a cozy carpet in the living room on which they can play.
The luxury kitchen is fully equipped with for example a quooker and combi-steam oven.
The ground floor house features three bedrooms, two bathrooms with walk-in shower, a separate toilet and a large terrace with a beautifully landscaped lawn, facing southwest. Your four-legged friend(s) are also welcome here. The villa is fully fenced (with the exception of the jetty).
Last but not least, the tranquil character of this house allows you to fully unwind and relax during your holiday!
This accommodation is not rented to adolescents (aged <25 years) and/or groups.

Wunderschönes gepflegtes Haus. In der Küche war alles da, viel Geschirr. Die Lage einfach wunderschön, mit dem Fahrrad alles zu erreichen, er liegt ganz ruhig, aber außerhalb.
In diesen Haus ist alles perfekt.
Die Anleitung für das Fernsehgerät könnte verbessert werden. Mit der beiliegenden Anleitung kann man das öffentliche TV nicht aktivieren. Wir haben erst nach dem 3. Tag die Lösung gefunden.
Wir waren schon oft in diesem sehr schön gelegenen Haus, diesmal war es vom Pflegezustand mangelhaft.
Besonders die Küche war auch in den Schränken schmuddelig.
Mooie nieuwe vakantiewoning aan het water. Luxe ingericht en van alle gemakken voorzien. Aanrader!
Wir besuchten das Haus zum dritten Mal das sagt wohl ALLES ..!!!

Die Lage ist einmalig!
Auch wenn der Weg zum Meer etwas weiter ist, ist der Blick auf die vorbei fahrenden Schiffe, beim Frühstück unbezahlbar. Wir haben sehr oft einfach draußen gesessen und diese einmalige Atmosphäre genossen.
Darüber hinaus ist das Wohnzimmer sehr hochwertig und bequem ausgestattet. Wir wären am Ende gerne noch viel länger geblieben.
Die Lage an der Hafeneinfahrt von Kamperland ist super. Der Bootsanleger direkt am Haus lädt schon vor dem Frühstück zu eine Runde Schwimmen oder zu einer kurzen Tour mit dem SUP ein. Von der Terrasse hat man einen schönen Ausblick auf die ein- und auslaufenden Boote und den ganzen Tag Sonne (bis weit in den Abend hinein). Und wem es dort zu warm wird, kann sich mit dem riesigen Sonnenschirm ein schattiges Plätzchen schaffen oder sich mit einem Sprung ins Wasser für Abkühlung sorgen.
Ansonsten bietet das Haus alle Annehmlichkeiten für einen schönen Urlaub am Veerse Meer und ist hochwertig ausgestattet und sehr schön eingerichtet.
Sehr schönes Haus in einer super Lage! Der direkte Zugang zum Veerse Meer ist traumhaft. So kann der Sommertag mit Aktivitäten auf dem Wasser direkt starten.
Der letzte Stern bei der Lage der Unterkunft fehlt noch auf Grund der Bauaktivitäten im Resort.
