Located in the village of Nieuw-Haamstede, in a beautiful area with forests, dunes and beach, you will find this nice holiday home for 7 people. This recently renovated family home is surprisingly spacious and comfortable. It has a cosy living room, a modern kitchen and a large terrace where you can enjoy breakfast or drinks in the sun. The spacious garden is completely enclosed so that you can optimally enjoy peace and privacy. On the ground floor you will find the master bedroom, and a large bathroom with walk-in shower. On the first floor you will find 2 nice bedrooms and an extra bathroom.
In holiday home Populierenlaan 3 you can enjoy a cosy family holiday, go for an adventure in nature, or discover the culture and history of the many neighbouring villages and cities. Active people and sports enthusiasts will not get bored here either: mountain biking, Klimbos Westerschouwen, blokarting, Neeltje Jans or surfing at De Brouwersdam. There is something fun to do for everyone here!
The house can be found adjacent to a protected nature reserve at the rear. From the house, you can reach the vast beach of Nieuw-Haamstede within 15 minutes by foot, taking a beautiful dune path. With a bit of luck, you might even spot some seals here! By bike you reach Burgh-Haamstede within 10 minutes as well. In short, a wonderful comfortable holiday home for peace seekers, active people, and beach lovers!
There is plenty of parking space at the house.

Nicht nur am glänzende Wetter lag es, dass wir uns im Haus Populierenlaan 3 sehr wohl gefühlt haben. Das ruhige Haus ist vortrefflich, gemütlich und sehr liebevoll ausgestattet. Es fehlt wirklich an nichts, wenn man von komplett fehlenden deutschen Sendern im TV einmal absieht. Aber wer braucht die schon, wenn das Wetter so schön ist?
Das Haus kann insgesamt wirklich nur wärmstens empfohlen werden.
Ruim en comfortabel!
Mede dankzij deze prachtige accommodatie hadden we een geslaagd familieweekend met 7 personen. Het huis zelf ziet er goed uit: verzorgd, ruime tuin, strak in de verf, badkamers en wc's lijken als nieuw. De zitkamer is comfortabel en de keuken van alle gemakken voorzien. We konden kok je en wat we wilden. Het huis bleek een goede uitvalsbasis voor wandelingen die de auto's hoefden alleen gebruikt te worden voor de boodschappen bij de bakker in Burgh en de uitstapjes naar Middelburg en Park Neeltje Jans. Kortom, voor herhaling vatbaar! De logistiek verzorgd door BHVK was ook prima.
Een mooie woning op een fijne plek. Zeer netjes onderhouden en van alle gemakken voorzien. Schoonmaak had iets beter gekund.
