This detached holiday villa is located in a prime location in Westenschouwen, on the edge of the Boswachterij. Through the Boswachterij, you can walk to the North Sea beach in 10 minutes to enjoy the sea breeze. The area also offers various hiking and cycling routes. The property is situated on a quiet dead-end street.

The interior is cozy and comfortable, and the house is fully equipped. From the spacious living and dining room, you have access to the terrace and garden. The French doors allow you to bring coolness into the house during warm summer days and use the atmospheric fireplace during cooler times. The adjacent dining area can accommodate the entire party. In the open kitchen, you can cook delicious meals on the 5-burner induction hob while chatting with your companions sitting at the kitchen bar. The kitchen also has French doors providing access to the terrace with the canopy.

There are three bedrooms on the first floor of the house. One of the bedrooms can accommodate 4 people and has 2 double beds. Of course, there is also a spacious and luxurious bathroom with a rain shower and toilet. A second separate toilet is located downstairs.

Around the house, you will find a spacious garden with several south-facing terraces and a delightful canopy with a lounge area, high bar table, and outdoor fireplace. There is also a dining area adjacent to the neighbor's riding arena, where horses are regularly present. The garden is fenced, allowing you to let your dog and children play outside with peace of mind. There is a separate shed for storing bicycles. There is parking space for four cars, which you can park safely. The property and driveway are closed off by an automatic gate.

Das Haus und die Lage ist sehr schön. Ein paar Dinge (Abzugshaube nicht sauber, Spinnweben hier und da) waren nicht so gereinigt wie wir uns das vorstellen, aber das kann durchaus passieren, und in 10 Minuten war das alles erledigt (unser eigenes Haus ist auch nicht sauberer ;-) ). An sich ist das Haus, der Garten mit sehr schöner Gartenbeleuchtung gut angelegt und gepflegt, und wir waren schon mehrmals da, was für sich spricht. Die Betreuung durch BHVK ist freundlich, zuvorkommend und vertrauensvoll.

Das Haus liegt wunderschön abgelegen und man ist schnell im Wald und dem Naturschutzgebiet und am Meer

Für Pferdeliebhaber ist es genial weil es an den Pferdehof angrenzt!

Das Haus ist wirklich super! Alles da was man braucht,top Einrichtung!!! Außenanlage war auch sehr gepflegt,genug Platz für alle.Wir ( vier Erwachsene) haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt! Auch für Hunde gut,da alles umzäunt ist.Die Lage ist Perfekt,direkt an den Duinen Wald wo man auch zum Meer gelangt,ca.15 Minuten zu Fuß,man kann aber auch die Straße gehen zum Meer ca 10 Minuten.Wir kommen auf jeden fall wieder!!! Ein kleiner Supermarkt wo man auch frische Brötchen bekommt ist auch nicht weit weg.
