Located on a unique spot with views over the dunes of the North Sea beach and situated in a wooded area, you can find the modern holiday home Scalde Oort 3 on the tranquil park Scalde Oort. The environment is very diverse and is loved among nature-, sports- and sunlovers. The neighbouring villages with restaurants, terraces and shops are also worth a visit.
This lovely holiday home has an atmospheric living room with seating corner and woodburner and directly borders to the dining area and modern, fully-equipped kitchen. The design of the house gives you a pleasant beach feeling. Furthermore, you can find three royal bedrooms with lovely beds in the house. The bathroom is provided with luxury rain shower, sink and toilet. An extra, separate toilet is present.
From the living room, you can directly enter the lovely terrace through the sliding doors. This connects the in- and outdoors in a great way. Here, you can enjoy the sun and share memorable meals or moments together while the children play in the fully enclosed garden. Since the terrace is roofed, you can also enjoy the outdoors when the weather is less beautiful. Parking spots and a charging point are present at the house.

Es war alles perfekt!
Vielen lieben Dank für alles, wir kommen gerne wieder.
Heerlijk comfortabel huis voorzien van alle luxe. Vlak bij duinen, bos en strand.
zum mittlerweile 4 male in diesem schönen Haus mit der Familie gewesen. Auch das fünfte mal steht vor der Tür :).
Wir waren jetzt bereits zum 4. Mal in diesem gemütlichen, schön und sehr gut ausgestatteten Haus.
Die Lage ist sehr gut, nah zu Strand und Wald.
Auch für Familien mit Kindern sehr geeignet.
Ein wunderschönes Haus mit einem großartigen Wohn und Essbereich, wo man sich einfach nur wohlfühlen kann!!
Ein sehr schönes Haus, mit Garten und Terrasse.
Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet und das Ess-/Wohnzimmer sehr großzügig geschnitten.
Insbesondere die Nähe zum Strand (7min zu Fuß) war sehr angenehm.
Een heel mooi en gezellig vakantiehuis, voorzien van alle luxe.
Vlak bij bossen, strand en restaurants.
Een echte aanrader.
Een ideaal gelegen, zeer ruime , moderne woning met ruime tuin. Echt geheel compleet met moderne inrichting en uitstraling.
Voor 2e maal van een prachtig huis en ligging genoten.
Das Haus ist hell und schön eingerichtet, die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet (es gibt sogar einen Airfryer), das Sofa ist groß und bequem - uns hat es sehr gut gefallen. Es ist nicht weit zum Strand, und die Restaurants und der Laden (mit günstigen Leihfahrrädern) sind gleich ums Eck. Wir hatten eine schöne Herbstwoche dort!
Bereits zum vierten Mal in diesem schönen Haus gewesen und haben auch schon für kommendes Jahr wieder gebucht. Einfach Entspannung pur, tolle Einrichtung, für die Kinder ein Paradies, kurzer Weg zum Strand und zum Pfannekuchenhaus, einfach perfekt.

Een heerlijk, licht, schoon en ruim huis, van alle gemakken voorzien. Lekker dichtbij het strand!
Wir waren im Dezember das erst Mal in diesem Haus, aber bestimmt nicht zum letzten Mal!!
Sehr geschmackvoll und gemütlich eingerichtet. Gute Ausstattung, vor allem auch im Küchenbereich.
Die Nähe zum Strand ist einfach toll. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind auch nicht weit entfernt.
Für einen ruhigen, entspannten Urlaub nur zu empfehlen.
Tolles Haus in ruhiger Lage. Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet und ist sehr sauber!
Dit vakantiehuis heeft echt alles in zich voor een heerlijk ontspannen vakantieweek. De uitstraling bij aankomst en het ruime perceel. Bij binnenkomst een verrassend ruime woonkamer/keuken en vide . Prachtige inrichting met veel gevoel voor stijl .De 3 slaapkamers en uitstekende badkamer maken alle compleet.
Veel ruimte, zelfs voor 6 personen. Rust in en om en binnen 3 minuten lopen gezellig toerisme
Een fantastisch huis met een perfecte ligging. Zeer rustig en van alle gemakken voorzien!
Het is een heel leuk huis, compleet en comfortabel ingericht. We hebben fijne dagen gehad en willen zeker nog een keer terugkomen.
