Located on a unique and royal property, just a few steps away from the North Sea beach, you can find the sunny paradise ‘De Zilte Zeehond’. The house is situated on a small-scale residence near the beach of Westenschouwen and located on a walking distance from the vast wooded- and dune areas of Zeeland. The surroundings offer many possibilities to undertake activities or visit the cosy neighbouring villages with a variety of restaurants and shops.
This luxury and modern holiday villa is built in a sustainable way and is fully-equipped. The living room is spacious and bright due to the large windows and has sliding doors which connect in- and outside in a nice way. The atmospheric woodburner makes the living room complete. The house has three bedrooms and two luxurious bathrooms of which one with bathtub. Also, a sauna does not miss. Due to this you can optimally enjoy a comfortable stay.
The spacious garden, facing southwest, is a lovely place for everyone. There is a large lawn and a roofed terrace where you can enjoy while reading a book or enjoying a glass of wine. The house has a professional Salta trampoline (4.77x2.44m).
From the luxurious lounge set you can relax while watching your children jump on this trampoline and enjoy the beautiful large garden with lots of privacy. If you are lucky there will even be deer in the garden.
Here, you can enjoy rest and the outdoor life of Zeeland. The house features parking spots and a storage for your bikes.

Wie hatten einen wunderschönen Kurzurlaub. Die Lage ist unschlagbar und alles was man braucht ist Fußläufig zu erreichen. Besonders gefallen hat uns mit Kindern der Garten, auch für die Hunde ideal!
Ein sehr schönes Haus. Sehr hell durch die vielen großen Fenster. Die Badezimmer sind modern. Gerne kommen wir wieder!
Wie hatten einen schönen Urlaub trotz schlechten Wetters mit kleinen Einschnitten. Leider waren die Betten für normal gewachsene Erwachsene sehr schmal. In einem Zimmer ist das Bad integriert, so dass nach dem Duschen das Zimmer sehr feucht war und man sehr intensiv lüften musste. Grundsätzlich war die Unterkunft sauber, leider musste ein Grossteil des Geschirrs vor dem ersten Gebrauch gewaschen werden.
Gefehlt hat wegen des schlechten Wetters eine überdachte Veranda/Terrasse,bei der man draussen sein konnte.
Die Lage ist phantastisch zum Strand und zu den Restaurants, die durchgehend von guter Qualität sind.
Wie immer ein sehr sehr empfehlenswert. Tolles Ferienhaus in guter Lage.

Prima locatie, dicht bij horeca en strand.
Heerlijk huis! Van alle gemakken voorzien en met royale tuin met veel privacy
We hebben genoten van ons verblijf in deze woning met zeer ruime, afgesloten tuin. Onze hond kon naar hartelust rondlopen in de tuin zonder dat we bang hoefden te zijn dat ze zou ontsnappen.
De woning is licht met veel glas en biedt door de ligging ook voldoende privacy.
