Holiday home Erica is a spacious, modern and comfortable home with a sunny, enclosed garden that is located on a quiet spot hidden behind a couple of trees. You can find the beach of Westenschouwen on 200 meters away and start beautiful hikes through the largest wood of Zeeland from only 400 meters. Moreover, you’ll find a variety of restaurants, cafes and a supermarket in the same street.
This luxury home is built in a sustainable way. The interior is stylish with refined colours. The customized design kitchen is fully equipped. The house is perfect for children and offers views over the garden through the glass wall. Besides there is an Xbox One (attention: bring your own games), a variety of other games and enough space to play around. Mom and dad are also well-thought off, they can enjoy the evenings near the fireplace or relax in the luxury sauna. The whole family will love this place!
2 Large windows in the upstairs bedrooms have blackout curtains and insect screens so you can watch the stars right from your bed and leave the window open at night, This way you will not be bothered by mosquitoes.
During the day, everyone can enjoy the garden and roofed terrace. Reading a book, enjoying the tranquillity or playing along with the kids on the trampoline. You can enjoy the evenings near the outdoor fire!
You can charge your electric car at the socket you find outdoors. Please note, this is not a charging station! The electricity is generated by solar panels. Please note that it takes some time to charge your car.

Unser drittes Haus in den letzten Jahren in diesem Ferienpark war aktuell das Erica, das genauso zu empfehlen ist, wie das Tofino oder das De Zwerfkei. Die Vorteile des großen Gartens inklusive Trampolin sprechen prinzipiell aber ganz klar für das Tofino oder das Erica. Wir haben uns zwei Wochen lang sehr wohl gefühlt, da das komplett verglaste Erdgeschoss immer wieder eine ganz tolle Atmosphäre schafft. Die Küche könnte nach unserem Geschmack etwas besser ausgestattet sein, Pluspunkte sind jedoch ganz klar die Dachfenster inklusive der Mückenschutzgitter. Damit lässt sich das Haus, das dazu neigt, im Obergeschoss schnell sehr warm zu werden, gut problemlos durchlüften. An der ein oder anderen Stelle hätten wir uns, da sich die Häuser insgesamt ja nun im oberen Preissegment bewegen, einen besseren (optischen) Erhaltungszustand gewünscht (z.B. Bettgestelle). Die Matratzen waren dagegen nach unserem Eindruck ganz hervorragend.
Insgesamt ist also nicht nur das Haus, wie schon beschrieben, ein herrliches Urlaubsdomizil, sondern eben auch der Ort Westenschouwen, der für uns genau die richtige Mischung aus Tourismus und Ruhe bietet.
das Haus ist gepflegt, wunderschön und gemütlich eingerichtet. Wir fanden es sehr sehr schön dort zu sein.
Het vakantiehuis heeft duidelijke gebruikssporen. De locatie is goed, dichtbij het strand en boswachterij Westenschouwen.

Ein schönes, sauberes Haus mit gepflegtem Garten und Trampolin.
Zum Meer und zu den Restaurants bzw. zum Einkaufladen sind es fußläufig nur wenige Meter. Mit dem Auto ist man schnell im Burgh-Hamstede bzw. den umliegenden Orten.
Wir haben uns wieder mal heimisch gefühlt und eine schöne Woche verbringen können.
Das Personal in den Restaurants war sehr kinderfreundlich.
Die Abwicklung mit Schlüssel bei An- und Abreise war problemlos und unkompliziert.
