The environment is loved among sun- and naturelovers.
The luxurious and complete penthouse consists of multiple floors. The first floor has a large living room with adjacent open kitchen. A bedroom and separate toilet can also be found here. You can easily enter the roofed balcony with garden furniture and heater through the sliding doors. The pantry is provided with washing machine, dryer and wine fridge.
You can find three bedrooms and two bathrooms on the second floor. Again, sliding doors offer you access to a terrace that allows you to enjoy beautiful views over the harbour and the Grevelingen. The third floor is provided with dining area, seating corner and television. A rooftop terrace with lounge-, dining and seating area can be found here. The views over the surroundings are breath-taking from this unique spot!
You can reach the apartment by using the stairs or elevator.

Das Appartment liegt wunderschön mit Blick auf die Marina. Die Einrichtung ist qualitätvoll, die Betten sehr bequem. Saubere Bäder. Es findet sich viel Spielzeug für kleine Kinder.
Die Küchenausstattung ist etwas spärlich, der Herd recht langsam, scharfe Messer sollte man mitbringen.
Strand ist fussläufig in ca 15 min erreichbar.
Alles was uitstekend,het penthouse was top quality!
Alleen een bezwaar, onze vakantie was niet lang genoeg!
Supermooi penthouse,van alle gemakken voorzien.Kwaliteits apparatuur in de keuken.
Mooie koffiezetapparaat inbouw en ook nog een senseo aanwezig.Ja gewoon kort gezegd,top allemaal!
Enige minpuntje is dat onze kinderen geen gebruik mochten maken van het subtropisch zwembad .Alleen gasten van Center parcs.Misschien wel logisch ivm corona.Maar stond niet in de beschrijving erbij toen we het boekten,gingen ervan uit dat we met minder mooi weer daar mochten zwemmen.
Wat een heerlijk ruim huis met een mooi uitzicht. Helaas was het weer niet super, zodat we te weinig van de 3 terrassen hebben kunnen genieten.
De flipperkast vonden de kinderen geweldig. Wij vonden vooral de 2 badkamers ideaal.
Goed uitgeruste keuken. Te weinig gebruik van gemaakt, want we hebben heerlijk bij de naburige horeca (Brouwersdam of strand) gedineerd.
Pro: Lage, Terassen (Ausblick), Kaffeemaschine, Backofen, genug Besteck, Bäder, Angenehme Aufteilung und Größe
Contra: Betten (instabil, quietschend), nicht funktionierende Markise,
Alles war sehr sauber. Sehr geräumiges Penthouse. Gute Ausstattung. Tolle Aussicht auf den Hafen. Nur 15 Minuten Fußweg zum Strand. Direkte Auslademöglichkeit am Haus. Privater Parkplatz 2 Minuten Fußweg.
Wunderschöne Dachterrasse.
Center Park direkt nebenan so dass man innerhalb von 5 Minuten zu Fuß am Supermarkt ist(entsprechend Preisintensiv aber sehr praktisch)
Rundum ein tolles Feriendomizil.
Wat een heerlijke plek om, in ons geval, met vrienden een weekend weg te gaan. Prachtige ligging aan de haven, dichtbij de Brouwersdam. Verder een zeer ruim en goed onderhouden appartement, met een flinke keuken met inrichting, een zeer grote masterbedroom met badkamer, andere slaapkamers ook prima.
3 terrassen aanwezig, bovenin een zeer ruim dakterras waar we heerlijk konden bbq-en.
Voor herhaling vatbaar!
