The modern open kitchen is fully equipped and connects to the generous dining area, perfect for long, cozy evenings together.
The house features four bedrooms: two comfortable rooms with luxurious double beds and two bedrooms each with a single bed, making it ideal for families, multiple generations, or a stay with friends where everyone has their own space. The house is equipped with no fewer than three air conditioning units, located in the living room and in the two master bedrooms. The modern bathroom features a spacious walk-in shower, and there is a separate toilet.
Outside, there is plenty to enjoy as well: children have ample space to play on the lawn, and the garden can be enclosed with gates. The garden shed offers plenty of space for storing bicycles, ideal for exploring the surroundings. From the backyard, which features a private jetty, you can step straight onto a SUP board or into a small boat for a beautiful trip across the მშვიდ waters towards the Oosterschelde.
Its location directly by the creek area makes this a dream spot for walkers, cyclists, SUP enthusiasts, and nature lovers. Within a short distance, you will find the small beach by the Oosterschelde, the impressive Watersnood Museum, the charming village of Ouwerkerk with a large playground, the historic town of Zierikzee, the fishing village of Bruinisse, the beaches of Schouwen-Duiveland, and both the Oosterschelde and the Grevelingen. Supermarkets are also nearby. Here, you can enjoy peace, nature, and comfort all year round.
